5F-ADB is a powerful indazole-type cannabinoid that is evidently a very close analogue to the indazole-3-carboxamide category of synthetic cannabis products.
It is also referred to as 5F-MBMB-PINACA and Methyl (S)-2-[1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido]-3,3-dimethylbutanoate. Its chemical formulation is C20H28FN3O3.
Pharmacology: Whilst it hasn’t however been formally tested, 5F-ADB is apparently an exceptionally powerful CB1 agonist, though its selectivity (or absence thereof) is unknown. It appears to be both incredibly potent and relatively toxic at high concentrations, so experts are urged to be careful.
5F-ADB was banned in Japan after getting linked to a number of deaths in late 2014. It could be banned in other jurisdictions as an analogue of other indazole-type synthetic cannabinoids, so take care when importing.
As a research chemical, 5F-ADB is unfit for human consumption. It is a potentially dangerous chemical and should be used only in a laboratory or forensic environment.
